The trick to win this level is to use your frog to hit the skulls. Use the color bombs to feed the frog and once it starts glowing, move it near the Skulls. One the skulls are destroyed, the Gummy Dragons will fall down.
You will receive multiple Color Bombs from the dispenser to help you feed the Frog.
