For 2 days my game loads then freezes, WHY?

I use Edge. Loads in a normal amount of time, then the screen goes dark, but you can see the game in the background. No error messages.

Are you playing the game on a Browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,) or on Windows 10/11 App?
How long is it taking for your game to load? When the screen freezes, do you see any error message? If so, can you please post a screenshot of that message?
