Getting a new phone or tablet is always exciting! But before you can start using it normally, you need to set everything up.
Don't worry; we will help you transfer your game progress! You can follow these steps to set up your game on your new device successfully.
Do you already connect your game to a King account or to Facebook? If so, just install the game on your new device and log into your account-that's it! All your game progress and Gold Bars will appear on your new device automatically.
In that case, you need to make sure you go through a few simple steps first before moving to your new device:
1.- Enter your game on your old device.
2.- Back up your progress and connect to Facebook or to a King account. This is how you do this:
Option A.- Create a King account:
Option B.- Connect the game to your Facebook account:
3.- Install the game on your new device.
4.- Open the game on your new device, and choose the 'Already have a King account/login with email' using the email address and password you just saved (if you chose Option A), or click on the blue Facebook Connect button (for Option B)
Now you're good to go! All your game progress and Gold Bars should be transferred to your brand-new device!
Connecting to Facebook or Kingdom allows you to synchronize your progress with our game servers. Therefore, your progress and Gold Bars will be easily transferred in between all your devices.
If, for some reason, the progress and Gold Bars do not transfer, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, and we will help you get them back.
Boosters, Extra Lives, and Extra Moves are not saved on our servers; they are saved locally on the device in which you received them. This means that, unlike Gold Bars and your level progress, they won't transfer across to your new device.
The good news is that if you still have access to the old device, everything will still be there! Why not head on back over and use up those Boosters to power through some levels before switching to your new device?
We never recommend storing too many free Boosters on your device; not only is there a chance they may be lost, but they can also affect the gameplay.
We offer a variety of ways to get free Boosters every day, so there is no need to stockpile them. Use them to get past those tricky levels!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
