Hi I have had my pc updated and lost my candy crush saga details. I was level 14557 but now when i reinstall it starts at level 1. On my phone i can play at 14557 and whats the best way to get it back on my PC

When I install updates on my PC, sometimes, the system logs out of my games and websites. Do you think that is what might have happened in your game too? Did you make sure to log into the game with the same account details you use on your phone?
Are you missing only game progress or are you missing Gold bars as well? Can you show me a screenshot of your game map of your PC game?
