Screen frozen on Chocolate Box

I'm playing on a mobile device running iOS version 17.6.1

I have restarted the device, offloaded the app and then downloaded the app (several times) and I still get this screen.  This started 2 days ago.  It looks like all the blue candies were collected but no reward.
