‘save progress’ option!

it’s insane that 14 years on, if you close the app, you lose the level. come on. even worse is that sometimes, even if you haven’t closed the app, go back to the screen a few hours laster and it’s reloaded, and you’ve lost too!

there should be a ‘pause game’ button that lets you save your progress and quit the app— or at least have the app closed (not quit) WITHOUT a time limit. it’s frustrating being in the middle of a streak and having to stop playing for a few hours whilst you’re at work, to then come back at lunch time and be back on the map screen.

this can’t be too much to ask, can it!

"Save Progress" option does exist in the game! We can save the game either through Facebook or King (email) account. You might be experiencing an issue in your game that is causing this glitch!!

It has been more than a week since you have posted here! If you are still experiencing this issue in your game, please post a question in the Support area using this link —> Ask a Question in Candy Crush Saga, so that we can assist you.
