Which device are you using to play the game? And, when did the issue start?
When you try to make the in-App purchases, what is happening? Do you see an error message? Can you show me a screenshot of that error message?

Hello @cgibson856 what do you mean by app purchase? This is only King related game community and if you have any issues with purchasing booster or gold bars then you can get in touch with Help Center or Support team to get a better assistant. Thanks
