Hi Candy Crush Community,
I've been playing Candy Crush for nearly 12 years and I'm currently facing a major issue that I need help with. Here’s the situation:
- Facebook Account Issue: I've tried deleting and reinstalling both the Candy Crush and Facebook apps, removing Candy Crush from my Facebook account, and even switching to my primary Facebook account. However, the game still automatically connects to my secondary Facebook account and doesn’t give me an option to switch. I've attached a screenshot showing that there’s no option to switch accounts—it's always defaulting to the same secondary Facebook account.
- King Account Access: I also can't log into my King account. I've attempted to reset my password but haven’t received any reset emails.
I really don’t want to quit after all these years of playing, so any advice on how to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone else experienced this or have any solutions?
