I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the lives! It is not just you! We are receiving frequent complaints about this particular issue!

I need few details before I can escalate this issue to our Community In-charge⬇️

1. Device you are using and does it have updated software;
2. If using a mobile device, version of the App you have right now;
3. If you are on a computer - Facebook, which browser you are using?
4. How is your internet connection? Do you receive any error message while sending or asking for lives?
5. Make some new friends and try sending lives to them and asking;
6. A screenshot of your envelope (after opening it);

After that, please check how many "active" friends you have right now? Please provide these details and let's go from there.
