Why can't I open a gold chocolate box

It's been happening for weeks over many different levels. Everytime I beat a level the Gold Chocolate Box says "times up" but when I click "Claim Prize" it gives a "Connection Issue" and says don't uninstall and reinstall the game. I'm using a Galaxy s22 device.
