I have been stuck on 15841 for over a week. KING hates Apple mobile iOS users

I have received multiple timed booster and still cannot beat the level unless I buy gold bars I refuse to buy gold bars

Since timed booster have done nothing why would I buy after “winning” 4 levels and 9 levels
