I'm playing candy crush saga

i tried to sign in in candy crush saga

and it shows me that my email and password combination are incorrect even in the SIGN IN page

what should i do?

i tried to log in but that didn't work either

reseting the password through the king.com website didn't either

nor restarting

device: windows 10

downloaded from ms store

it's ok i already solved it i couldn't reset my password before bc the email came like 10 hours later than suggested

You could try to contact player support. Go via settings in the app, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen. Then click on the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. I have heard that Player Support can restore lost games manually so I hope they will be able to help you.
