Depends of your device to play game . To removed your payment details in your Apple-ID, Google Play or Microsoft account, please contact Apple, Google or Microsoft.
If you play on Facebook, then check with Facebook Support on how to edit or remove your payment details. I also found this page on Facebook Support.
To remove your credit card, you’ll need to dive into the settings of your App Store or Google Play Store. Look for your payment options or payment methods. Here, you’ll be able to see which cards are linked to your account and can remove any card you no longer wish to use for purchases, including in Candy Crush. Remember, if you’re using another platform like Windows, the process will be similar in their respective store.
