I alredy connected same wifi network and that time connection is not losted, it is only candy crush problem..
There have been a few such complaints and it may be because you lost your connection to the app store before playing the last level and claiming the prize. Candy Royale is not a live event and keeps running even if we are offline, but the prize can only be claimed if connected to the app store.
So I would recommend you check you are still connected before playing the last level. You know you are connected if you see other players on the map. If the other player icons on the map have disappeared then close the app and reload before playing the last level.
