Not getting earned gold bars

Hello, I have not been receiving my earned gold bars during the episode race. I have closed app and re-opened it. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have signed out of my account and back in. This has been happening all week. It’s not fair that some people buy bars and the ones that are earned are not given. What is going on?
