It does not sound right that you lost the progress just by logging out of the game!!
Is it the level progress that you lost or of a feature like Candy Royale, etc.,?
What is happening when you try to log back into the game? Do you see an error message?
Which device are you using to play the game?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
