I logged out of my account and now I’ve lost my progress

Hi, I didn’t lose a feature I lost the whole progress. I’ve been trying to log back in but still nothing is happening. I’m using an iPhone. I even tried deleting and reinstalling

It does not sound right that you lost the progress just by logging out of the game!!

Is it the level progress that you lost or of a feature like Candy Royale, etc.,?

What is happening when you try to log back into the game?  Do you see an error message?

Which device are you using to play the game?

Have you tried to restart your device.. Try to go to your gear and get your ID number & contact support.
