2nd round of Music Season Not Tracking Progress

I qualified for the 2nd round of Music Season, but none of my progress is being tracked or saved. Screen still says qualified with no progress. Screenshot from game attached for reference.

1. Open the game and tap the gear icon to access the settings menu.
2. Tap on the "?" icon to enter the Help Center.
3. Select the topic that matches your issue.
