When you're out of gold and boosters you end up spending way more time waiting (for ads to finish) than playing. Minute long!?š” A couple of the ads that crash the cc app played yesterday. McDonalds and I others I can't recall. More waiting while I restart the app

If I leave cc then it restarts upon return. If I I go to my browser and come back to cc it loads and starts fresh. When the ad tries to direct me to download, same thing happens. Actually yesterday there wasn't a single ad like that all. There was one level I failed repeatedly because after four moves there were no other moves possible (bad game design). Thanks for sharing things with me @ocursedcrush I don't know if the King team is reading comments in the Community.I personally think they are too busy for that. But @QueenB is the one in the Community that can pass on things to the King team. And of course, there's always the Customer Support you can contact when you have a problem with the game. Best way to prove things is a screenshot of that problem. But you do have to have a little patience in that case. Customer service is very busy, especially now with the Music Tournamment. About the pop up at the end of ads. Do you mean you're out of the game after that? That you have to start up CC again to continue playing?
I haven't lodged a formal complaint as I'm assuming they read comments. I never clicked any install buttons. The ads end and then a pop up appears asking for a choice of either Google play or marketplace for continuing. At that point it's game over.
Interesting to read this @ocursedcrush ! Getting to know a little bit more now about ads in CC and how it works. I think, indeed, it's wise, like with all commercials, to not click on 'install now'. And ads over 15 seconds of course are slowing down your gameplay. Really annoying when you're trying to participate in a major event like Music Tournament. But if what I've read in the Community about ads so far is correct, that providing ads to a number of players is some kind of 'test' from King, then you'd assume things could be improved. Did you ever complain about it to Customer Support?
No budget for that. Think the folks running things could figure out how to fix it. Firstly, if an ad displays an "install now" button, ban it. Those are the problem ads. If they're over 15 seconds long, that's a problem too but nothing more than time wasting
This I can imagine. Frustrating if it works this way. You could seriously consider to pay for things from now on, as it is the only alternative. Then you will be freed of badly programmed ads.
The only free option if you need extra moves is to play the ads. Fine. The fact that the ads are apparently designed to abort the game is maddening.
Hello @ocursedcrush, if your thinking this negatively about ads, (which by the way not everybody gets, it's totally up to King who gets them), you only have to pay once for new lives, boosters etc. Then the ads will be gone, and it could very well be that you don't ever see them back.Maybe you didn't know this, but you could be a little more pleased with the ability to play CC for free all of the time because you watch ads.

From level at almost 13000 my level jumper back to level 20 on 05/12/2025 Can you fix it?
I had 3 legendary levels in a row. But I could not get past this level. Any suggestions?
