In future tournaments please read the rules before participating.
It was all made perfectly clear in the FAQs and in the Terms and Conditions posted here by QueenB prior to the tournament that there would be two separate competitions.
There was also in-game info (you needed to press the "i" to see this) which did outline what your final prize would be according to where you live. The gold bars group only had one finals round, the Concert Tickets group had three consecutive finals rounds, so it was a LOT harder to win that arm of the competition than it was for the players in the other countries who got the gold bars prizes!
I am in Indonesia now but my from Pakistan. If this country not allowed why we spend the time.
If you won the tournament but were in a country that was not eligible for the real prize, you got a gold prize. There was a list of the countries allowed to participate for the $27k travel prize. The others have a slightly different bracket, but prize was strictly gold and bragging rights
