You probably played a double colour bomb combo which destroyed the yellow candies. However you need to keep those yellow candies on the board to save the dragon since matching them is the only way to move the dragon onto its portal. There is no way to save the dragon if you destroy those yellow candies, so from the position in your screenshot you have to quit and replay the level.
