Candy crash install in my phone but not showing home screen

By any chance, are you asking about Candy Crush Soda Saga? If not, can you post a screenshot of what you see on your device when you click the game?

Go to your phone's app menu, hold candy crush until it gives the option to either 'add to home screen' or you can just drag it over manually to one of the home screens. There is nothing in the Candy Crush coding that would prevent it from being placed on the home screen, that is a phone settings issue.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
