My problem is that the screen is grey..ive tried clicking on the top corner but avin none of it..also tried uninstalling and switching the phone off..I can't play on my tablet either

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing "Grey Screen" issue in your game!! It is not the issue with your devices, but the game itself! And, I am sorry to hear that you have already installed the game! As you saw, that will not resolve the issue😕

Unfortunately, nobody knows the reason behind this glitch and the Studio cannot find the cause! We have received some other complaints about it! But the glitch always gets resolved on it's own without doing anything by the player!

For some players, it took a day or 2. And, for some players, it took a week (max)! Hopefully, it will be resolved soon in your game also!

I would recommend you report this issue to King Player Support team, so that they can record the issue in the system⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the bottom left corner of game Home screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Technical & Connection issues" and click on it;
• Click on "Why is my game is crashing/Freezing";
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your complaint.

Hopefully, the glitch will be resolved soon🤞
