Hi.I got this morning,bad connection to my extra moves,and it's not work at that time,so I loose my extra ability for 10hour,because I have to strat the game from beginning.Very disappointed

Yes, I have experienced this too for several reasons, one of which is the connection and if you lose the level then you will lose Win Streak too.
