I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game! Did you try to contact King Player Support team to report the issue? If not, I would suggest you to contact them and send a complaint.

If you need help, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Select a suitable option in the appeared choices and click on to open it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your compliant.

You should be receiving an automated email, which is a norm. Please send a reply thought that automated email and explain the issue in detail. If you have any screenshots or screen recordings, attach those with your email. An agent should be contacting within 72 hours(max). If you do not receive any reply within 2 days, please send another email reminding that you are still waiting for help.
