Hello, my gold bars keep disappearing again. What's going on? If you don't want me to play candy crush saga, tell me clearly. I'll play another game and gift you all my remaining gold bars.
You said this a few days ago and I emailed player support twice and only received an email saying thank you. I thought it was fixed when I played it yesterday and I shared it here. But today the gold continued to disappear again.

the supercharged color bomb counter is still at 0-zero after playing in 2 complete episode races. Can you fix this like quickly? I’ve already cleared the app from active status or closed it. And I’ve restarted my phone several times in an attempt to fix.
