I've create king account many times with this phone but why I can't open it in another phone with this the same king account?

Are you talking about the King Community account or the game account? You should be able to open both accounts without any issues!!
Do you see any error message when you try to open the account on your other phone? If so, can you please show me a screenshot of that message?
If it is a game account, which device are you using? And, which version of the App do you have right now?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
