We know it's frustrating that levels aren't counting, and we understand how important this contest is to all of you. The studio is actively working on it, but the fix is taking longer than expected due to some technical complexities.

Unfortunately, there is no change in the Weekly Contest glitch since the last time you have reported the issue. Your question was —> HERE.
And, I have to give you the same answer as last time. But, there is one progress though! If you are playing the game on a mobile device, you can see that the issue is highlighted in game "Help Center"! I have requested for an update from our Community In-charge! Hopefully, we will have news soon🤞

So it has been reported to the Studio and for now, we're just waiting on a fix which hopefully will be soon.

Think it's sorted now but annoyingly I did lose 6 points today (more over the previous couple of days). Hoping this doesn't happen again! Over the 13 years plus I've been playing Candy, I've never experienced this kind of thing. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞
