I combined 2 Super Color Bomb but it only cleared the board once. It should have cleared the board twice.

I am not going to reinstall the game. far too risky.
If it is not resolved I just won't play on my mobile.

Since this seems to be an ongoing issue for you across devices, I wanted to check: have you had a chance to try reinstalling the game app on your phone?
I know this can be a sensitive step, especially with boosters at risk of being lost, so completely understand if it’s not something you’ve been able to try yet. But it does help resolve a lot of unexpected bugs and would be good for the team to know whether you’ve already ruled that out from your end.
This isn’t something we've been able to reproduce reliably just yet. It's been reported only by a small number of players on mobile, and browser issues are particularly tricky to track. That said, your workaround for closing and reopening the browser tab is really helpful and might help others too, thank you again for sharing that 🙌

I am playing on a Samsung S23FE phone. CCS Version 1.300.0.2.
The problem has been around for months and also occurs when playing on a PC browser through Facebook. At least on my PC, I can close the tab and open a new one, to solve the problem.

I again ask, can the Games Studio stop fooling about with mundane changes to fish and concentrate on something positive, like fixing this problem.
The below has been frozen on my phone for an hour now. Looks like I will have to shut my phone down to get rid of it !!!!!
@QueenB @kiara_wael When is someone with a modicum of intelligence going to fix the problem of the Super Color Bomb feature freezing ?? This is happening mainly on my phone and naturally leaves the game unplayable.
Turning the phone off and back on doesn't help either.
I think I've just got the fix! Got a super color bomb like two hours ago and works as it's supposed to. Hope it stays that way!
i wanted to add that my super color bomb keeps disappearing even when I am on a winning streak and still within the time window. I’ll come back and it’ll say color bomb lost. Is this a glitch or is there a rule I’m not following?
I can no longer get any extra moves. I don't get super color bomb, and I have 1109 gold bars that I cannot access. If I don't clear the level with the moves they give me I lose.

i have problem with super colour bomb, when i switch 2 adjacent super colour bombs it suppose to clear 2 times, but now it only clear once. Any infor you guys can help me bout this, it effect alot to my gameplay

Currently, there are no reported issues with the Super Color Bomb. If it’s only clearing once instead of twice when you match two, it could be device-related.
Could you let me know which device and version of the game you’re using? Any extra details will help us assist you better!

i redownload the game and i lost the super colour bomb, lost my streak win booster, lost every pre-game help items (back to zero) and no sight of new super colour bomb streak. So basically i lost almost every item except my gold and i dont even know if the super colour bomb can work or not now

same for me here, ask too many times and no answer, they talk about device and out of date version, i delete từ e game and redownload it. The result is i lost my super bomb, i lost my pre game help-items(all back to zero,none), i lost my streak progress,…. only my few hundred gold remain, and now to keep my streak it all gone too. I have top in weekly contest, all 2 events on going and now this happen, and they wont fix it, not even an answer. And for an update. I have super bomb again after 10 games, and guess what, it still clear once 🙂

I am also having this issue and we are mid tournament. Why do the glitches always seem to happen when competitions are running. My bubblegum troll game wasn't working during the music tournament and I lost rewards for about 300 levels.
Immediately after making this post my super color bomb went away when I had about 22 to 23 hours left. I didn't lose a level and attached a screenshot showing win streak 175. This is so messed up! I needed that to win the 20 ufo boosters. Done with tournaments. So not fair.
I've been having this same problem for about a month. Still hasn't been solved.
I have the same issue, just got the super bomb, managed to get a double and only cleared once, this game is messed up big time and by the looks of it many are fed up. I dont know who the developers pay to sort issues out but they need sacking as they obviulsy not doing their jobs!
