I had 79 lives, but now have none after they did update/upgrade?

If you had 79 lives saved up and they disappeared after an update, this is likely because lives are stored on your device, not on King servers. Updates to the game or your device can sometimes clear these saved lives. Unfortunately, there's no way to recover them once they're gone.
