Problem log in with facebook account

I had to reinstall the Candy Crush app on my windows 11 computer. All the years I used my facebook profile to access the app. But now I can't log in at all with this account.

Please do something to restore my account because it is a shame after so many years to have to start from the beginning

Yes, it's a shame that King refuse to get it fixed. I don't believe it is that difficult to fix this problem. It has been around for too long. I am sure a lot of players are having the same issue. I happened to logout recently but am unable to re-login with my Facebook account.

However, you don't need to restart from the beginning. You may continue to play on a browser instead of the App.
