Porque meu jogo não está carregando nem para comprar bostoon e não estou conseguindo passar de fase, porque o jogo não carrega, já perdi vários níveis e prêmio o que eu faço

Estava jogando a sequência de 25 níveis,estava no nível 20 com 139 barras de ouro,terminei o nível 21 porém o jogo não computou meu nível terminando saui do jogo com meu celular carregando e com isso perdi minha sequência e minhas barras de ouro injusto o que vcs podem fazer para me compensar, pois para passar de níveis gastei mais de 70 barras de ouro comparando bostoons e vida, aguardo sua resposta
