Why are you automatically entering me into competitions with friends?

I keep seeing that one of my friends (different ones) and I are in a race to collect green candies. I don't want to compete. I'm stuck at a certain level, and naturally the other person is going to win. I don't want to get into a competition with anyone. Please allow me to opt out.

I don't have this event in my game currently, but when I did, there was an option in the settings to turn it off. It's worth checking if the option is still available.

It has been a while since I played Friend's Challenge in my game! Hence, I might have either forgotten the pop-up you are mentioning above or there are some additions to this feature!

If you don't mind, when you see this kind of pop-up again, can you please take a screenshot and post it here? This way, I will be able to provide you accurate information?

The problem is that I don't see an X that I can click on to get out of the challenge, or not accept it.

It's more like when I leave the Candy Crush app for a while and return to it, I see a message saying that so and so has beaten me by collecting more candies.

By your explanation about the challenge, it looks like you are complaining a feature called "Friend's Challenge"!

If so, the challenge does not start and you won't be entered into the race - until unless you click on "Accept Challenge"! As soon as you see the pop-up of the challenge, you keep clicking on X until you are ready to take the challenge.

I am not stuck on any level! But, those challenges require us to play a minimum of 6 to 8 levels (sometimes, even more depending on the number of the candies)! So, whenever I see the pop-up, I just click on X and move forward. By doing this, we will not lose the challenge to our friends😊

Account recovery
I went up to level 483 and reinstalled it after deleting it. Now it won't come back with my account. Please help me get back to the same level I was before.
