Why are all my blocks blank like the cost of buying extra moves and the lives blocks

Why do all my prices to buy extra moves blank boxes and my friends boxes also blank?

Thank you for that info but I did that and even went to update my game. Sometimes they are there and other times they are not even after I restart. If i click on the offer and it takes me to buy, then it tells me how much it costs.
