I played the Royale Challenge, passing 20 of the 21 levels to win nearly 200 gold bars. I was out of boosters so I used Google play points plus $ to buy some. My screen froze!! There was absolutely no way to get it to go away without closing the game. Of course once I opened it, I had been bounced out of the challenge! In addition, my play points, all gold bars and boosters were gone! I've attached a picture of the frozen screen. This has happened before. Not a good feeling. I can't get my time back but can I get the rewards and or money back
