Help with level 13563

Hi all,

In order to pass this level you need to collect 70 purple candies , release 3 gummi dragons and destroy 46 frosting layers. My problem is that purple candies don't get collected. At the start of the game it says 0 purple candies. Does anyone else have this issue?
