Lost streak due to not being able to connect to store

As the title says I lost my streak due to not being able to connect to store. Have full Internet and had plenty of gold so didn't need to watch ads. Pretty disappointed in the game right now as I work hard to be where I am. I'm hoping the developers will fix this and pay some sort of compensation due to losing boosters and what not.
