Why am I buying and paying and my purchases are not being counted?

I've bought packages a few times and when I pay in "pix" format I lose my money and I don't receive the contents of the purchased package. I need help with this.

When it comes to Google Pay payment methods, we’re currently unable to process purchases made through third-party payment methods like PIX.

PIX takes you to a different sign-in method to complete your purchase, and as with other payment methods that step outside our game environment, it’s not something we support at the moment.
