Bug? Dino never moves from corner

I spent gold and boosters and like 45 turns nothing made this Dino move. Clearing out everything candy it still didn’t move.

If you get the dragon into an impossible place then don't waste gold or boosters on a game like this as nothing will shift it. I was hoping to recreate this board to test out if a horizontal striped candy played in the row below the dragon would shift it. Sometimes this will work if you clear the entire row below a dragon in a similar position, but I was totally unable to recreate your board. The level seemed to make all the right moves for me by itself. This should be easy to pass on one of your next attempts. I don't think you are meant to remove the magic mixers at all. There is no jelly hiding underneath them, so you don't need to hit them. Certainly don't remove them too early. It's easy to hit the chocolate it spawns and that will bring down the dragons to their exits. So concentrate on hitting the chocolate. Making striped and wrapped candies and combos of these will help pass this level.
