Hi. I wasn't able to connect to play store. Says I'm offline and I couldn't do anything that requires a connection.
I thought reinstalling the app would fix the issue. Now i can't log in to game anymore. Says I'm offline and i should connect to the internet
I tried both wifi and data connection
i have been having the same problem, same error message, for weeks. My internet is certainly on, active private wifi network and cellular data is accepted in the settings.
Was any help posted?
Do NOT uninstall the app. It will lose you all your boosters and stored lives and it won't fix the problem.
Close the app. Make sure both the app and phone are set at the latest update. Restart you phone and check the app store (if using Apple) is loading. Check you are connected to wifi and that you have an internet connection. Then reopen Candy Crush.
If none of that works I suggest you open a new thread/question in the Support Forum (at the top of this page the ? in the green circle) and hopefully one of the game experts will help you there.
