Extra lives

I play Candy crush on two platforms, my iPhone, and my iPad. on my iPad I can never seem to get extra lives while on my iPhone. I have 200 extra lives. I am signed in through Facebook on both accounts so I am not sure what is happening and why I am not receiving any extra lives.
