That is true @QueenB and I did think about mentioning it, however I would not like to encourage any false hope. There are two different ways in which the word "win" can be used and understood: It can mean winning as you would in a lottery, by luck. I felt that this post was leaning towards this meaning and All Stars really cannot be won by luck.

I always try to liken the All Stars competition to the Olympic Games: Yes, Usain Bolt did "win" the gold medal in the 100 metre race. Now that is an altogether different meaning of the word "to win" though.

I have deleted my post, but I will continue to campaign for people to be realistic about their chances to win All Stars. It is important that people realise that it cannot be won by chance. You need both a certain gift and hard work to get to the finals. That makes it quite similar to competing in and winning the Olympic Games.
