I play on an iPad. The ads keep freezing and I end up missing out on rewards and gold bars. Any suggestions?

Is your game updated?
First things first, open the App Store on your iPad. Look for the small blue app with a white ‘A’ on it. Tap to open!
Once you’re in the App Store, tap on the ‘Today’ tab at the bottom left corner of the screen. Next, tap on your profile icon at the top right. This will take you to your account page where you can see all available updates. Scroll down until you see Candy Crush and tap ‘Update’ next to it. If you don’t see Candy Crush listed, it means your game is already up to date!
