Candy crush saga shutdown i got 1 hour boosters and lives and now the faster moves option is gone and making moves is slow again even though the speed button in the corner shows two arrows not one…..please fix?

I agree with you. I found the game slow despite the double arrows showing but after reloading it a few times now it seems fine. There is probably nothing we can do but the fault is with King's servers.
Kiara said she passed your feedback to King so it is probably just a matter of hoping they fix it. You could try force closing the app and reopening it. But other than Kiara, PummyRaj and Queen B, the rest of the members of the community are just players like yourself and have no access to anyone at King.
ok well how do i fix the speed of the moves made its still slooooow to play one level
And wasnt like that till that quick shutdown happened….again both tiny arrows are visible but moves r slow ….internet not the issue either not is the brand new phone sooo i dont know what is up 😀
If you delete and reinstall the game you will lose all your hard earned boosters so I would not recommend it.

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
