I play on 2 devices but the levels don’t sync. Tried closing n opening app, WiFi off on still same. I can't login n out as I would loose all my boosters.
12/9/2024 at 1:02 pm EST. I m also having the same problem that my devices are not syncing and also with laptop. If candy crush saga is not updated on Wednesday when new levels are released, then I guess it is time to throw the towel in and forget playing this game all together. FYI: Have been playing Candy Crush Saga since 2013.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!
It is only the boosters that do not sync across the devices, but level progress and Gold Bars should be same no matter how many devices you open the game on!
Which devices are you using to play the game? Can you please post a screenshot of your game map from both the devices you use?

It is ridiculous that my devices don’t sync. I tried everything that was suggested to make them sync. Now I finally have a reason to quit!
Yeah, Its probably good for them money wise but terrible for us players. I might just stop playing altogether
The only thing that syncs is your gold the boosters do not sync between devices and as of late the levels don't sync right either, if you clear the levels on one device and log onto another it will show the levels that you passed but it makes you redo them on the new device! It never used to be that way, but I think they are trying to update all the different platforms on the same day and from past tries they never could do it successfully always have some kind of syncing issues like we are seeing now.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
