@QueenB, or anyone who can help: I've completed level 17976 3 times on different devices and the game won't go on to the next level, except on one. What can I do to fix this?

I am experiencing a similar problem; my PC version will not synchronize with my Android device. I am puzzled that, despite numerous reports from players, KING has remained silent. An update regarding this issue would be appreciated.
I reached out to support AGAIN, just tell you to do the same thing over and over, which I've done and it doesn't help.

stesso problema su pc avevo terminato l'episodio ero al livello 17990 e mi sono ritrovata al livello 17983 ho ripetuto tutti i livelli fino al 17990 investendo decine di booster e su Android sono inchiodata al livello 17976 praticamente azzerato un intero episodio e sprecato tanti booster e lingotti. Ho installato nuovamente sul cellulare perdendo tutto vite e tantissimi booster e sono ferma al livello 17976. No posso ripetere tutti i livelli anche sul cellulare è assurdo !!!!! Ho fatto mille segnalazioni risposte in copia e incolla senza senso e senza risultati. E' uno schifo
Yes same is happening for me. Also the gold chocolate box is giving only basic rewards when I finish it. Still the same difficulty to complete for worthless rewards and no gold bars.

I did what was recommended by support, log out, restart devices, wait 10 seconds, restart and log back in but it didn't help. One device shows I'm on level 17977, one shows I'm on 17985, and the other shows I'm on 17981.I just remembered to check my laptop game, that one is on level 17976. So I'm playing the same ones over and over 🙄 Everything else syncs fine, gold bars, chocolate box ect
Today I found that the contest error. Yesterday I chose Yeti team but today I chose the another one (Tiffi team). It's an obvious data problem. Probably it is a issue about time zone. Our players are around the world anywhere, but sometimes some players need to operate two times probably due to time zone (unless I am living the North America). This issue should to fix.

Another thing I'm seeing is on the one device that I can advance on, the levels are the same as from the previous episode! Things have somehow gotten really messed up!

1-(the most important one) have a search bar to jump into the level you want cause scrolling from level 21000 to level one is soooo painful 2- make better game designs and make a theme for every episode added to the game and have a certain number of hard super hard nightmarish and legendary levels

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
