Still having problems

I am still having problems accessing the store. When I try to buy like a spaceship, I do have over 1300 gold bars, the sign says "Contacting Store" but nothing happens. This is happening for 2 weeks no. I have HP Personal Laptop Computer. If I can't get anything out of the store, I want my money back. Please advise. Thank you. Eva Dixon

Hello once again. I checked and followed the above instruction, but I am still unable to contact the store. It is spinning around and saying, "contacting store". I am down to 1100 gold bars now because I cannot buy assistance and using the bars for additional help after I ran out of time. I will stop using it at 1000 gold bars. If I cannot get any help, I want my money back. I have been playing for several years and this never happened before. Please assist. Thank you. Eva
