To keep your Candy Crush saga rolling no matter which device you’re on, you just need to use the game’s built-in synchronization feature. First up, make sure you have Candy Crush installed on all your devices. Next, you’ll need to connect the game to the same Facebook or King.com account on each device.
Once you’ve logged into Candy Crush with your account on all devices, your game progress automatically syncs. That means you can switch from playing on your phone to your tablet without ever missing a step. Make sure your devices have an internet connection when you’re ready to sync, and you’re good to go!
I have done everything you suggested and still not synching
I’m having the same issue. Very frustrating and its had never happen before
Same issue here. This started a few days ago, but it's got to the point where my levels are getting too far apart to bother with the desktop version (which is lagging behind).
I was told their tech team is aware of the problem. I seem to have problems with candy crush every two months, go through all the suggestions. Ends up to be technical issues on their end…
I'm the same. A few days ago I realized my game isn't syncing with my IPad and computer. Since I usually play on my phone, it has always synced.
Suddenly it doesn't and no matter what I try, nothing happens.
I've also noticed Candy Crush isn't what it used to be. I've played for a lot of years and have, up until now, made good progress. But between recent contest, and now this, I've slowed up playing.
How do I sync? For the last 5 plus years it has automatically synced. I won't sync with Facebook and my ipad. This just started about 3 days ago. Is this a new problem?
It's fixed for me now. I kept logging out, logging in, removing, adding Candy Crush to no avail.
Then, a day later, someone at King must have fixed it.
