Have you tried the standard trouble shooting procedure? That is :

• log out
• if playing through browser please clear cache
• update your game application
• restart your device
• login

This should enable you to get whatever bonus feature that is currently available in your game.

Please note that in-game features come and go and so can be temporarily unavailable . They are not a permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to your game.
