Usually when I've posted about an issue, someone comes by to at least offer some suggestions, or say they'll pass it along to King. But several have posted about these syncing issues and nothing!

Hi @cookiemae yes there did used to be a Flag button.
I can think of no good reason to remove the Flag button, and tagging GMs instead just isn't going to work as because you pointed some GMs only seem to be interested in collecting points.
I agree it gives the impression that King is distancing themselves from this forum.
@christinewupp @Alienscar Didn't there use to be a report button on post? I feel King expect members of the forum to moderate. BTW there's one moderator that never comes back after someone response to a post.
I did what was recommended on the "game not syncing" and it didn't work.
Hi @collegeamoco there is nothing a player can do to fix the issue as the issue has been caused by King.
All we can do is wait for the release of the update at 14:00 CET today.
If your game still isn't syncing after the update then please comment in the thread I linked above.
I have the same problem you have @collegeamoco , at the top of my game. I hope they will fix it or else there is no point of playing that game any more. I also agree that the lack of moderators is a concern here. I'm not sure what is going on.

I agree @collegeamoco I am fed up of tagging and not getting a response.
If you check page three of the thread below though you will see that QueenB had said a fix for the synchronisation issue might be coming tomorrow
You may want to check Game Not Saving Progress in the announcement section of the support tab. There should be a solution on the way.
