Ready for an out-of-this-world adventure? Astros vs. Aliens is a thrilling, time-limited event designed to ignite your competitive spirit!
Team up with others, conquer levels, and earn amazing rewards, including Gold Bars!
How does it work?
- Choose a Team: At the start of the event, you’ll need to pick a team to join. Once you've found your crew, you’ll work together to win as many levels as possible in a limited amount of time: the team that has won most levels when the time runs out, wins the game!
- Win Levels to Push Your Team to Victory: The more levels you and your team win, the closer you’ll get to victory! Every level passed brings your team closer to special milestones and rewards.
- Collect Boost Boxes: Boost Boxes are special rewards that only the first team to reach a milestone can claim. These boxes contain helpful boosters to give your team an extra edge in the competition.
- Final Reward: The ultimate goal is to score the most levels before time runs out. If your team comes out on top and all the Boost Boxes have been claimed, each player on the team will receive a Grand Prize of 20 Gold Bars! But remember, this final reward is only awarded if all the Boost Boxes have been collected.

- Focus on Winning Levels: Every level counts! The more you and your team conquer, the faster you’ll unlock those Boost Boxes and the Grand Prize.
- Work Together: Teamwork makes the dream work! Rally your team and strategize to maximize your chances of victory.
- Keep an Eye on the Clock: The event is time-limited, so rally your team and give it your all until the very last moment!
When can I play Astros vs. Aliens?
Astros vs. Aliens is currently being tested, so it will only be available to different groups of players at various times.
If it's not in your game right now, just make sure your game is up to date, you'll get a chance to play it in the future!

Not interested. Hardly play CCS now. The Games Studio has taken all the enjoyment out of the game.

This is not new. I've had this on and off in my game for months. It's no different from any of the other events: Pass new levels and pass them as fast as you can. All events are essentially the same.
Candy Crush has just become one boring mess of almost identical levels full of blockers and nothing else, and events that try to encourage us to race through easy levels without thinking and through hard levels by paying our way out with 10 gold or a lollipop or UFO to keep our win streak and win events that give us back some of the gold and boosters we spent. It's the most pointless exercise and a waste of anyone's time.

I have had this event for several months now as well. Like you I have been playing this game long enough now to know nothing is as it appears. The real question should be are you able to collect the Gold Bars or is it just another ploy to get players to think they will get the reward and use whatever means possible to win.
These so called test events have been tested long enough, get on with it, or just scrap the event like many other events in this game need to be removed permanently. Have a great day 😊
